Our client’s initial point of contact.  These are people trained in determining whether the case is one we can help the client with and how we can most quickly arrange to start the action plan.  They will ask the client several questions, determine a plan just for the client’s situation, and ensure all paperwork is available to start our work including the CPAC very comprehensive Lender Fraud and Violation Report.

Skilled Negotiators
Our team of negotiators is specially trained to analyze the client’s financial situation, put together a financial package and program to submit to their lender, and then work with their lender, to come up with a plan tailored to their individual needs.
